Campaign Story

My husband and I have been together for ten beautiful years. We are blessed with our eight-year-old son, who is the light of our lives. Our family feels complete in so many ways, yet our hearts have always held room to grow.

Our journey to expand our family has been marked by profound love and heartbreaking loss. We’ve endured multiple miscarriages and a stillbirth. This past January, we lost my beloved sister. In February, we received a gift of hope—I was pregnant again. I carried our daughter for 28 weeks before severe preeclampsia led to a two-week hospitalization, fluid in my lungs, and an emergency c-section. During that surgery, my tubes were removed due to the severity of my condition. Our brave little girl fought for four days in the NICU before an unexpected infection took her from us. We laid our sweet angel to rest in September.

Our hearts hold a space that aches to be filled. While nothing can ever replace our daughter, our dream of adding to our family remains. With my tubes removed, IVF is now our only path forward. This process is emotionally daunting and financially overwhelming.
